I had about 160 days subscribed time last I checked. Now, my counter is showing 135 days subbed. Is this a bug or did you guys do something to change these numbers for some reason?

160 days was the bug. The 135 is still a day or two too much, but far closer to the right time.

i think before someone said that the 30 days free that we got was added to our total number of days. it never really made much sense and i think the new figures is the actual number of days since you entered your retail code (i think)

either way the new number for me is far more accurate and represents the actual number of days ive had the game so i think its working as intended now.

I did notice the accolade in game was still showing at the higher number of days still

You got the 200 early because of the bug. That's all. So your next vet will come when you get the 300. Enjoy the 200 you have early.

At 135 days, my count is exactly right assuming it starts from the day I was first billed for my lifetime sub.

Still not showing my proper amout of days...has me at 61.16 days {I have seen no adjustment at all} and I have been here non-stop since day one of headstart {and only ever entered 1 retail code the first possible day it would let me [Feb 2nd]}. Cryptic has until my next billing date {or before I am charged that is} to set it straight before I cancel my subscription. And I am not the sort to re-up once I leave. Once I am gone I am gone.

I have done everything possible to try and get their attention to no avail. And all I have heard {aside from seeing some adjustments like the OPs} was mention from Rekhan aka "the marketing dude"....with an unprofessional title like this I do not expect much. All in all it is going like I expected....broken as hell. I see they are starting to make adjustments...but not removing rewards they already mistakenly passed out due to this issue. This system is the biggest joke I have ever seen....as I have said before to me it is not about the actual rewards, but the principle of the matter.

I really do feel they can give a rats ass what I or anyone thinks...all I know is this is not a real veterans reward system...but a buy-in system. I can understand screwing a lot of things up {and they have on many fronts}, but not this. Truly disappointing :-(.

Thanks for the responses, I figured it was something like that. Like one of yall posted, it didn't make sense to add the time from the retail box to the time I have been playing.

Thanks, and have fun in STO.
