Hooah. The day we give up our arms, no matter where in this nation, is the day we have all lost. It inspires other nations (I site Japan as an example in WW2) to think twice before launching a land-invasion and it allows us to defend our homes, our families and ourselves.

You can have my guns when you ply them from my cold dead ones. It seems the Supreme Court would agree.

Not exactly going to call you a nerd for keeping watch on something that effects all Americans. I enjoy my Constitutional Rights a little to much to bash on someone who took it to the next level and took a class in them.

Not sure. Depends on the State you are in. For instance, here in Texas, they castle-claused our personal vehicles so that you can have a concealed weapon in your vehicle as well. The only requirement is that you have to inform the officer of it if you are pulled over. So, something like that may apply where you are from as well. You still need to have a Conceal and Carry liscense to have it on your person when outside your home or vehicle, but this is still not infringing on your right to own one.

I meant they had better be getting hazard pay now. Because delivering dominoes just became more dangerous than snorting uranium 238

Um, yeah...don't see that happening. If it hasn't been a problem in places like...Texas...I don't see it being a problem elsewhere. You would be suprised at how many people are absent minded when it comes to remembering they have a firearm in the house, as most stick the firearm somewhere and leave it there collecting dust.

Yay! Another victory for the Constitution and affirmation of my right to protect myself.
