I seen the Wrath of Khan costume marked as FREE and tried to get it but nothing happens !
All i get is a larger pic of the costume's

If you're doing this on the STO web site, then this won't work. Purchases have to be done IN-GAME through the C-Store interface. (The Triangle icon with the point down on the Mini-map has the menu selection that will take you there...)
