***Resolved Issues***

Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
Slow patching in the launcher
A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
I think Klingon players would be happy if Cryptic just allowed player owned Fleet Bases. Let both Factions fight it out for territory somewhere in Deep Space away from the more PvE minded players. Let the PvE involved in this territory war be resource collection (with Open PvP risk). Use the Genesis Engine to craft 'Border Systems' instead of 'Exploration Content.' Throw in a leader board (or the equivalent) so that players can keep track of who is ahead in the war. Give the PvP faction the tools to boost their MMO enjoyment and most Klingons will sit down and get to work at winning a war with a defined goal instead of 'Battlegrounds' with little to no meaning.
