The product id number on the disk is tied into your account - it's the same number whether from digital or from disk. The disk is for you to keep in case you ever crash and need quick access to put the game back on your computer - it takes less time to add in the patches then the entire game.
If you want to recruit someone they have to buy a copy of the game where the product id # isn't being used by someone. That's not exactly hard as you can buy the game from Amazon for $10.00.
..Hmmm, I kinda figured something like that. LOL I thought the Digital puppy would start Overwriting
my files after I upgraded to Lifer.
I'm just Ol'guy & this stuff is so kool for me..lol It' the only place I can be a Vice Admiral for $10 monthly !
