Only GMs can create new threads om tje FNN section, my guess is that GMNova simply hasn't enabled the yellow name graphic.

Capt_Sol is right. No one but staff can create threads in here. GM Nova is probably just not setup for "gold" status yet :p (which someone needs to change so nova's posts show up in dev tracker *smacks stahl, stormy and phoxe all in one motion*)

The account server being tinkered with is probably due to Season 2 coming out the next day which has a lot of fixes so be patient.
