Hey everyone - so I was on Vulcan today and I saw someone beam down with a cool Cardassian-like transporter-effect! From what I remember, it wasn't an NPC.
I thought at first that this might be something you can buy with latinum, but it seems all you can buy with that are ship holo-emitters that are a one-shot. Is this true?
I wonder how that person got that cool transporter effect...........anyone know?
