# 1 What is wrong with feds ?

I am not the absolute best player out there nor will I ever claim to be, however I do have eyes and I can see that the klinks have not changed tactics since beta and the feds in most cases, not all but most cases, cant seem to figure out that they are doing the same thing and that not one of them is gonna take out all the klinks alone....

I see it almost every match, the klinks throw a ship out there with the best defenses or biggest shields and everyone of the feds will tunnel vision on that one ship even while the guys friends are frying them because the guy everyone was tunnel visioned on was just bait A tactic that is designed to do exactly what it does keep you busy while the support comes in. Then when the support comes in they have 2 -3 people min that will start patch his hull or charging his shields and then they fly around in a little fur ball patch each other and charging shields and the feds just keep running in there one at a time and won't group won't patch each other, won't hit anyone with extend shields just like they would not the last 100,000 times and yet keep doing the same thing expecting dif results.

The klinks don't run in a massive group like that just because it looks pretty you know, they are supporting each other look at all the blue lines from there ships going to there ships those are shield boost lines they don't just magically appear they come from other klinks that are helping that dude with his shields.If any of you think that they are not chain assisting each other then your just stupid, when 7-10 people are shooting at just you that is also a form of helping each other.

I have morons tell me that is not the case and they don't help each other, so if that is the case then why is it the klinks are in a large group and you can barely take one of them down while they are in that group and the feds that are spread all over the field don't win ?

Bottom line is that until the feds learn to work together PVP is not gonna change, the klinks are not gonna change the tactics because they don't have to. They have been using the exact same plan since beta and they win way more then they lose so apparently all you that think is not the problem need to start paying attention, sit back and watch since your not gonna support the other feds there anyway you are going to lose so take a round or two and watch and you will see.

Indeed... PvP 101

Teams that support... ROLL.

Teams that do not... DIE.

Every team member needs to carry heals... Yes its ok to bring a healer... but a team of small healers is better then a team of 4 no heals and 1 big heal. This is why things like RSP need to be dropped. Yes the small heals may not keep you alive as well as a 15 second super shield.... but you can use those other powers on friends... and your other friends can do the same. Tag Team Heal shots are OP.

It was actually funny today in a PUG Capture & Hold. A bunch of cloaking escorts charging in one by one just to get killed. So much for cloaking is an i-win button.

I sometimes wonder how many Feds do really know how to play their ships. Even in PVE I keep hearing them asking for groups to do single missions.

Clearly, this means the klinks need a few more nerfs to compensate for federation players lack of skill, you know, to even things out. So I suggest...

- Random weapon failures each 5 seconds.

- When you battle cloak, you remain target able for 3-4 seconds, without shields.

- Replace all existing klingon ships with Runabouts in pvp. Just to be sure, limit them to 1 phaser bank, can't give too much of an edge to klinks..

- -10 to all power levels and steering due to drinking and driving

- Randon self destruct sequences because today was a good day to day, and the klink was depressed.

See, with only some small tweaks like that, all your problems about no challenging fed players would be over! :p

most feds are pve players who run a daily pvp mission thats three maps a day and then head of to do other stuf i dont think there is a single pvp fed fleet out there that will go into the arenas all suited up and premade , feds by there very nature are way more casual about there pvp they do and i know you must hate it in many ways not getting a decent fight but i dought its going to change , sorry

Even then the klinks would still win. I know, I pug. Feds sucks.

Just increase the self destruct ratio :p

And the scary thing is that it could go like that ... but hey, klinks did want new ships and love right? Here are your brand new klingon-specific runabouts, together with your dailies: Win in pvp using this thing only against feds. Oh and with a blindfold.

Just make self destruct a team AOE power as in the explosion hurts your team mates with in 20k.

Wait?

I thought cloak was the ultimate weapon - That the only reason Klingons won, was because of the firststrike out of cloak? That it required no tactics whatsoever (apart from buffing up before you decloak)?
