A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
The bait tactic is really old and out of date right now Kling tactics are to target the weakest of the group this way the feds start off with a 9 on 10 disadvantage so you pop the weakest the guy who's -9 then proceed using a wolf pack gang to the next ship, to the next ship, So really we have figured out what were going to shoot at well before the de cloak.
that ability to sit there and plan is always huge a real good Kling team is attacking from up high at a 6 o clock rear position just like coming out of the sun on a b-17 formation. or from the under belly.
Feds seem to cluster up like a herd of cattle waiting for the wolfs to slaughter them. Most of the time this works for Klings since the ships explosions weaken shields, hull, and crew.
Remember the Federation Banned Cloaking devices due to some of the more paroniod reces like the Andorians and Telerites. No Andorian wants a cloaked ship parked outside the 7 11 watching them eat beef jerkie.
As for the cloaking device in the end I am sure will see tachion nets or sensors that deploy like mines with a 20 meter bubble the Feds can hide in. Plus most of the Fed have whined so much that they have cloaks themself.
Fact- the feds in my experience tend to not play aggressivley or independantly enough
Fact- the feds (and at times, losing klingons) in my experience have pack mentality, reducing the threat of getting blown up by flying together in capture and hold- in spite of losing
Fact- never play cracked planet because it is crazy unfair to the feds and all feds should avoid this map
Fact- as the greatest player vs player of all time, i suggest stop being a coward

the evidence is clear
ques up behind kelfxxxx, but no the que is broken no autographs...
I'm not sure what some Feds are doing, but I've had an Escort attack my BoP while I was busy working on another ship, and once that ship was done, turned around and attacked the Escort and killed it... it's been somewhat common recently. I wonder if some of them realize that their BO abilities aren't auto-cast or passives and they should actually manually activate them?
Kind of glad I don't fall into the "dumb sheep" catagory now o.O
Still my experience with pvp is bit limited so I can't say I've seen all the things folks are saying Feds have done. I can say that despite my exp being limited alot of those things previously mentioned just don't make sense to me and I can't imagine myself doing.
Then again I think some of the "critiques" are also quite silly.
hounding Feds for attacking in Mobs when the same tactic is used on the otherside?
