First off great job E!


List the names, levels, and career/ship type of the characters you actively PvP with. Are any of them in "PvP Fleets"?

On a scale of 1-10, how "hardcore" would you say you are about PvE?
3 (PvE is fine how it is with a few tweaks...)

On a scale of 1-10, how "hardcore" would you say you are about PvP?

About how many hours a week do you spend PvPing?
5-10 but only because i find that its under rewarding. i would normally put in about 30-40 hours a week

In an ideal world, how much of your PvP time (as %'s) would you LIKE to spend: Solo, PUGing, and in a premade?
0%

In reality, how much of your PVP time (as a %) is ACTUALLY spent in solo/PUG/premade?
80-90%

Gameplay and Balance:
Do you enjoy playing your chosen class/ship combination(s) in PvP?
no cruisers are not able to be more than an inocent bystanderd that gets hit with a "drive by" tank round...

In general, do you believe the three CAPTAIN types (Tactical, Engineering, Science) are relatively equal in power and importance?
I belive this deserves its own topic, but no i do not belive that 3 officer types are equal in terms of how far their abilitys grow... IE eject warp plasma vs. any other commander skill (sci or tac)...

In general, do you believe the SHIP types (Cruiser, Carrier, and so on...) are relatively equal in power and importance?
NOPE. (maybe if everyone that played wasnt in an escort..) all the cruiser players seem to be noobs (no offense) but like they are just star trek fans happy to talk to others abouth lore and play a little on the side...

In general, do you believe that all BOFF abilities are relatively equal in power and importance, when used in an appropriate overall build? Please list notable exceptions.
ok rsp is kinda overpowered but when coupled with the fact that most of my other boff skills in a cruiser dont add up to me stalemating an escort is lame. i understand that its about set up and gameplay but i have destroyed maybe 5 escorts and they were very easy (as if a player from a diffrent ship type was experimenting..) 2 escorts shouldnt be able to destroy a ship so quickly. it defeats all other 2 party groups.

List up to three PvP balance issues that you believe need to be addressed.
-ship turn rate and engine speeds.
-boff abilities and how they work
-ramming speed

List up to three non-balance PvP issues that you believe need to be addressed (excluding the queue failures that are currently occurring on Holodeck).
-new game types
-more of a feeling that i am (as the begining movie states) the glaexys savior...
-a time limit on the matches please for the love of god.

List up to three long-term issues (balance or otherwise) that you think need to be addressed over the next few seasons.
-maybe the ability to cutomize your purple rewawrds with the bonuses you want (ie. damage, acc, crit hit/severity, etc...)
-rewards other than just gear
-OPEN WORLD PVP

Super short answer:
In 10 words or less, what do you WANT out of your PvP experience?
fun making actual rivals, that i see again..

In 10 words or less, how can the game be changed to better provide it?
better "balance". flushed out captain abilities/boff's.

For fun:
eject worp core bomb detonates then AoE dmg and slow... FUN ideas just take it the last few steps of the way i bought this game knowing the crit reviews and still got the life sub... its a great game just needs to see fruition. more developers.... (free volunteers that care about the game maybe... )

If you could use any combination of ships and captains you wanted, what would your ultimate Tournament 5v5 team setup be?
in the perfect world... or in this world?
5 tac/escorts (current)

perfect world? 2 sci/sci, 2 eng/cruiser, 1 tac/cruiser. this only works if abilitys work the way i feel alot of us invisioned them being...gravity well 3.... cough cough

Late additions:
How do you feel about the pace of PvP space combat in Season 2?
the over all speed at which pvp occurs is way too fast especially compared to pve. a real match against equal opponets tho will last hours. very annoying either way. there should just be a better way to deal with the selection and cooldown timers for skills. and or more. i also feel the way to test the cooldown timers and other skills is very annoying. you actualy have to take the skill twice and go test it because its not listed anywere which is points and time..

bombergirl 51 engineer ka'fi carrier -GoD- pvp activity is really low with this character.
Zorena 51 Tac Fleet escort -TSI- been pvping abit lately.

well that carrier just suck, and with my tac i think its just fine

Yes in general, but a team with out a sci is pretty much a loosing team, where as a team full of sci players dont have that additional dmg and survivability that comes from the other classes.

No not at all Cruiser, bop,raptor/escort*, scienceship >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> carrier in usebility.

RSP Is by far the most important skill in the game.

List up to three PvP balance issues that you believe need to be addressed.

RSP, SnB lately its thise two that wins or brake a game, and all the healing skills need to be looked at imo.

List up to three non-balance PvP issues that you believe need to be addressed (excluding the queue failures that are currently occurring on Holodeck).

Scipowers that are anytype of cc/disable in general need more oomph.. healing need abit of a downtune.. and I would wanna see speedtanking as a viable option.

competition, fun, kinda relaxed pvp, and explosions

In 10 words or less, how can the game be changed to better provide it?

Well change skills like ET3 is now the best heal, change ET2 so it have less cd and less gcd so we can use other skills then the "best" ones.
