***Resolved Issues***
  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error
  • Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
  • Slow patching in the launcher
  • A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
  • Some characters were stuck in a loading screen with a "Server Not Responding" message

you my dear are a liar. after the first week this game was running fine and smooth. it didnt have any issues until seasn 2 update.

oh dear...

From even before patch 1.2 until Season 2, the servers generally ran smooth and clean...

... and then Season 2 arrived and unfixed several things that had previously been fixed, not just server performamce.

I suspect some bozo did a lot of cut-and-pasting of old buggy code as how else can this be explained?
