For items that were bound that I wanted to get rid of, I always just sold them to a vendor.
As of Season 2, are we not allowed to do that anymore, or is this bugged? I was also not allowed to de-replicate it (I was on my ship when attempting this).
My only option was to "discard" it, which gives you no credits.
I should point out that the bound items I was trying to sell where the Mk X stuff that came with my Escort Refit when I bought it as a Vice Admiral. Are these bound items different from looted bound items?
Ah, I had a feeling this was the case. Sounds like a bug then. So, in summary:
"Normal" bound items are sellable to vendors just fine.
But the Bound items that come with the retrofits are not sellable at all. I will bug it this evening.
I believe this was done on purpose, as some people with the Galaxy-X were selling the standard equipment on it, discharging it, then reclaiming it in the C-Store repeatedly for unlimited EC. I think this was only done for ships that can be claimed from the C-Store.
