Just about everything else in STO is customizable. Let's add another one to the list!

I'm with CedricO on this one. I mean, yes, there ARE other types of transporters out there, and some ships have odler models ETC, but the federation is a forward moving society. Sure an occasional toss to the older transporter effects would be nice, like in a time travel mission, or if someone beams you up to their ship, and they are using lets say, a stolen Intrepid class ship that never had refits.

IMO, Its not all that important. Starfleet is a military. Personally, I am not a huge fan of how customizable the uniforms are as is. I feel like it bends the rules of canon and standard procedure.

just my $.02.

Agreed here. Fix the bugs, then work on the eye candy.

I am all for fixing bugs too, but they are going to do that anyway, as it's a necessity, not an option. But I don't see any reason they can't do both in time. Which specific bugs do you see as pressing at this time?

It seems to me any bugs in the transporter effects could be addressed while they were adding transporter effect options.

two different jobs, people who do eye candy dont fix bugs unless they are related to the eye candy...thus adding these effects would not take away from balancing/other bugs.

Anyone who plays Second Life and has EmDash will know about the different transporter effects on that too. I for one give this a THUMBS UP.
