I'm guessing they don't have a phone app for STO because of licensing. Remember, Champions is Cryptic's creation, Star Trek is not. It's the same reason that there's no fansite starter kit for STO either.

Might be right. While LucasFilm accept non-profit fan projects of all kinds, CSB threatens to sue when they find one, mostly seen with mods in the last ten years. But latest experience is they see it a little more relaxed since there are some ST mods for games nowadays. Wasnt possible just some years ago. But iPhone App would be commercial, so itd have to be licenced and Im sure it wouldnt be cheap...

but it would be great to have it for Android or WebOS - iPhone really sucks and is a pseudo - phone created for wannabe - geeks in ties.

Lets not forget the Blackberry for those of us who actually work for a living instead of collecting electronic toys (iPhone, iPod, iDontcare)

You do realize that iOS is the iPhone/iPod Touch/iPad OS right? So you're saying both yes and no to the same thing.

Actually, it doesn't appear to be available on the iTunes store at all anymore. It was even removed from my phone at some point.

Maybe he thought it meant IOS, as in Cisco IOS.
