In GMT the server should go back up at 1PM.
GMT at the minute is UTC+1.

UTC is whats known as universal time, GMT is Greenwich which is affected by daylight saving.

Theyre the same time for half the year then the other half theye off by one hour.

Looks like many are forgetting that there can be several bugs that are server side only and that fixing those doesn't require a client side patch...it's an online game people, not an offline single player game...

Examples on server side bugs that doesn't require a client patch (unless a UI change is needed):
1. PvP queue
2. Anomaly drops in star clusters
3. Having every member of a group join the same instance
4. Adjusting ground/space combat (fixing those bugged mobs that 1-2 shoot you)
5. Make the UI update correctly by sending the needed data from the server (example: Fleet roster not correctly displaying offline members)


I can go on and on with stuff that can easily be a server side only bug and fixed without a client side patch.
