Since 19th last patch I'm experiencing extreme lag/errors:

-MAny times cant move between areas.
-Many times i get log out of the server.
-Exploration missions dont load

I had (or have) the same issue. The last time this happened it was a network issue outwith Cryptic control (though they still investigated and worked to resolve it). The workaround, then an now, is to set the proxy to 'none' in the game launcher options (though this may not always work, for some people). Other options include restarting your router to pick up another IP (if you're the kind of person that leaves your router permanently on), or restarting your computer (again, if left on, or in standby). Minimising the bandwidth strain by not using other programs that access the Internet while playing STO might also help. The problem doesn't seem as widespread as before, so I imagine it's only affecting certain users on certain ISPs. Last time a lot of helpful trace route data was supplied by the community to help track down the provider causing the latency.

I took another IP from ISP and problems dissapear.

It's not just you guys this time, I am getting some serious lag as well since the last patch.
