Well, I bought some points through my account, checked my bank online, it says it was deducted. Then I keep checking the game for my points, nothing.
So I go to file a new ticket under support and none of the links will even let me open one no matter what I do or click on.
Way to go Cryptic, you got free money. Any way someone can get me what I paid for or am I just screwed.
Just gonna call my bank on Monday and do a charge back off my card. You guys are real quick to take the money, but slow as hell to give you what you pay for.
