What are the mechanics of this. Let's say Iam an eng and i want my tac buddy to train CRFIII on one of my tac bos. How do we do that? Also, if I have another tac character, can I have that tac character train bos for my eng character?

I would greatly appreciate info on the mechanics of this. I just started an eng character and will want CRFIII.

a quickie

1. the guy doing the actual training must have a free BO slot, that is the list on the left hand side, not the right.
2. you strip everything from the BO you want to be trained.
3, you trade the BO to your friend, close the deal.
4. he trains in the usual way and pass it back to you

WEII, just to clarify, by face-to-face does that mean it must be on the ground vs in space?

Face-to-face as in your captains meeting. However, it could be on the bridge of your ship too, saving you the trouble of both being in the same ESD instance or even the same space sector.

Also, make sure your buddy that's going to train your BO is high enough rank. A fleet-mate of mine was going to use their alt to train my tac BO with HYT III, but their alt was only a Commander, and so was my BO...
