Btw, anyone know, if its possible to trade commisioned officer to someone, and aftter he can trade it to someone else ? like alt of the original player ?

Yes, I have done this.

Alt 1 -> Fleet buddy -> Alt 2 (train) -> Fleet buddy -> Alt 1

After you trade it, it can be traded to anyone by the new owner, like any other commissioned bridge officer.

Aahh great, yesterday i did retrain Transfer shield strengh III by mistake on one of my alts :/ and i have them on alts...soooo Great News :p
