I'm going to have to agree with what's being said about the series rewards in the C-Store. Having special rewards available for fulfilling certain criteria doesn't mean anything if it can be bought later in the C-Store by anyone.
I am going away on holiday from the middle of next week for two weeks, so I will miss the "live" week of episode 4 (Should be able to complete episode 3 before I leave and Episode 5 when I come back) Will I still be able to get the reward for episode 4 when I play it when I come back, and will I still qualify for the series reward?

9 characters and counting
From what I have seen, that should be a yes. It sounds like you only need to complete the final series mission before the next series comes along. So, as long as you finish all the Breen missions before the next set becomes available, you should be good to go. I'm guessing there's probably going to be a window between the series releases though, maybe a couple weeks to a month. Although, who knows, maybe they will go from one series to the next so you only have a week to do it.
Letter of Appreciation
The KDF Faction as a whole would like to let you know that we appreciate all the hard work Cryptic Studio's is doing to improve the game.We appreciate that you have listened to all of the Klingon player's feed back whether it be opinionated or even idea's that could be put in the Future. The KDF Alliance High Council would like to show appreciation to all the developers of Cryptic Studio's that have listened to all the idea's that have been sent into the short term, mid term, and long term thread that has been sponsored by Black Legion Knights and the KDF Alliance High Council. We appreciate that you have implemented 80% of the idea's from the KDF Alliance High Council for the most part for Season 2.0. We appreciate for all the content that has been put in for the cross faction episodes and the new graghics has made a hit for most of the players in the game.
The Klingon faction ( community ) appreciates that the state of the game address from Daniel Stahl letting us know what is in store for the KDF faction in the next coming season and updates of Star Trek Online.
We like the direction that Daniel Stahl has laid out in his state of the game address as each of those bulletted in his address is well appreciated from the KDF Alliance High Council and Black Legion Knights. Since those idea's and feed back has been sent into Cryptic Studio's to help better the game play for Klingon player in the KDF Faction. And to help bring the Klingon Faction up to par with the Federation content. As a token of appreciation to the developers the KDF Alliance High Council is doing weekly PVP fight night on Wednesday to boost Klingon verse Klingon ( House verses House ) among the fleets in the Klingon Empire.
The Black Legion Knights in conjunction with Lucky 7th fleet has started a PVP match between both factions to simulate war between the two faction. Both fleets would like and hope this will jump start the PVP in the game to get other fleets in the Star Trek Online to get involved in a scheduled PVP matches between the Klingon Empire and the United Federation of Planets. Thus as season 3.0 will consist of more PVE content and hopefully new PVP maps for ground and space. In doing this we appreciate all the developer's for their hard work and long hours of thought and concepts to bring into the game. And the dedication it takes to make the game as a whole the first Massive Multiple player Online game that lets the player's help the developer's brain storm for the content to come in the future in Star Trek Online. The potential for Star Trek Online has just scratched the surface to what this game will have for content for both factions.
Again the KDF Alliance High Council representing the Klingon community would like to thank Cryptic Studio's for taking our idea's and our positive feed back and turning them into content for the Klingon Empire. The members of the KDF Alliance High Council appreciate the development teams that are involved in making the Star Trek Online a game that a gamer will love to play knowing that there is always potential to improve the game play.

Are there going to be more cannon ships that will make there way into this game, like the Ambassador? There are other ships that can make its way into this game like the Steamrunner class and others I forget there names now.
Whats the ETA of the Nebula? I heard that there are issues surrounding that ship making it to the game by CBS. Which didn't CBS authorize Cryptic to make this game based on the franchise or is it an issue surrounding the people that designed the ship?
Can you please make more planets to do things on? For example Risa is a known favorite vacation spot in the shows but, in this game its just a beach with one dude standing there. Why can't Risa have more social areas and activities to do and look more like a 5 star vacation spot?
Can you change and add more federation ranks to this game? In the shows they have the Commodore rank however, in this game it goes from Captain, Rear Admiral Lower Half, Rear Admiral Upper Half, Vice Admiral. Why can't the Commodore rank go after Captain followed by, Fleet Admiral, Rear Admiral, Vice Admiral and Admiral? Also when reaching the Admiral rank it would look really nice to actually unlock an Admiral's uniform that's been seen in the shows. I'm a Rear Admiral now and I'm still wearing a normal duty uniform. Flag Officers should have a different uniform then the lower ranks.
When are the interiors of the ship going to feel more functional and the actual bridge on the ship? Right now it feels like just a bridge with the crew meaninglessly typing on the consoles followed by the viewscreen just showing a random image. We select a bridge for our ship and the Crew Deck and Engineering stays the same. Can we see the other decks go with the bridge as oppose to the same hallways and Engineering for all bridges as well as performing certain functions on the bridge to make it more like bridge of our ship followed by the proper image on the viewscreen. When I'm at Earth Space Dock the image on the viewscreen is a planet in a totally different sector.
Can the developers add Starfleet Academy as a place to visit in this game? I think it would be awesome to have the academy with the Federation head quarters as a large environment for social activity and exploring the grounds of the Federation. A couple of Admirals can be moved there to hand out missions.
It was longer then I expected but, shorter then my other ones. Since this is a forum for "Ask Cryptic" I had to ask a few questions about this game. I noticed a few things that would make this game better. I hope to see at lest one of these questions answered in the next Ask Cryptic or the one after that.
1) Now that ya'll have added an Advanced Heavy Cruiser and an Advanced Research Vessel, as well as their retrofits, is there a plan for an Advanced Heavy Escort and a Retrofit?
2) Will User Generated Content tools be limited to making new missions, or will customs ship interiors, starbases, uniforms, weapons, etc be allowed?
3) Are there any future plans ever for compensating the people who had the C-Store bonus's fiasco like the Referral Program participants got?
4) Will any new Lifetime Subscriber bonuses come like the website promises?
5) Are there any plans to revamp the "crafting" system to make it less like an upgrade system and more like a crafting system, being able to add your own custom modifiers with a certain number of points, being able to upgrade any weapon, etc? And will there be a Klingon crafting system like it?
6) Will there be a revamp of the current system in Exploration clusters so that the randomly generated missions visuals, dialogue, and objectives fit together? As in, no more beaming down to a planet with a yellow atmosphere from space but blue and green below or beaming down to a true way base that is just a Federation base skin?
Great answers. Thanks to Stahl for providing them, and Stormshade for delivering them and presenting the final story to us.
Haha.
I'm not experiencing these issues that many are having. The internet is a complicated beast though, and you can't blame Cryptic when anything goes wrong with your connection. There are too many variables. And as I said, I'm not experiencing these issues - which proves my point.
