So what is the best science Bo ability in your opinion?

CPB3 on a high aux build. On a low aux build... maybe scramble sensors III, or FBP III, dunno.

Tyken's Rift III is also one of the better abilities.

Photonic Shockwave 3 perhaps? IIIRC, the stun effect is unaffected by Aux.

Oh i personally would go for photonic officer 3, but...thats too exclusive atm.

Tyken's III is pretty good, but you'd need something in combination with it to keep people from just EM'ing out of it. Tractor Beam/TS:E/Tractor Beam Repulsors work nicely.

I personally use FBP III.

Only Transfer Shield Strength 3 is a science skill of the ones you listed, though.

Personally for me feedback pulse 3, throw that up right when an escort or BoP has you in their sights and watch them crumble to an explosion on your shields, lol. Love it.

I hate FBPIII as an escort. Really puts a crimp in my dps. I generally just stop firing as the damage to me is far worse than the damage to you as hull healing is not one of my strong points. FBPI is fine, as the dmg output is way to low to have any affect at all. I am curious as to whether sci team is the only counter to FBP?? i guess beam target aux could also work, but dont have a slot for it...
