Sorry if this is a repost of many others, i scoured teh fourms ot no avail and im truely dieing ti find out. I just bought star trek online, i beta tested it and re porders but cancled at lack of content. BUT decided to give it a try and with a spiffy new throat ripping cat man. But for the life of me i cant figure this out, i put my CD-key in log i nto my account make a quick toon so i can get to the C-store but te C-store is telling me to pay for the caitian instead of saying free like things i got for beta testing. Am i lost or osmething? because i REALLY want to make my cat killer but cant .

The Caitian race was never a beta/preorder bonus, you have to purchase it from the c-store.

I know that, i bought my game digitly from Gamestop. And Gamestop say's this for the digital order.

EDIT:: I put the CD-key in and it shows up under my active thinsg as Star trek online : Digital order active. But i cant get the Caitian in the C-store.

I take that back then, didn't know Gamestop was offering the Caitians as a bonus. Did you get any other keys besides the regular cd-key?

Nope just the CD-Key, and yea the major reason i decided to try the game again was due to teh free caitian race. I had no clue STO had released it untill i read that. So i figured id give it another try with some tim pased beta to see if it better. But nope just the Cd-key.

Did you look in the 'Special Unlocks' section of the C-Store, as this is the location for 'Vendors Perks' and previous account wide C-Store purchases reside???

Yup i did, all of my free stuff is there except for the caitian. and eveyr time i try ot talk to live chat it pops up after a monite that they are closed and these are such and such hours even though the live support chat box says online. and no one has replied to my ticket either :/

Just talked to a live reprasenative, and they told me to speak to a GM is this correct? because i cant see a GM fixing this, im surprised tehy dont just credit me the 200 c points and ill just buy the thing T_T
