I bought a 60 day game play card a couple days ago to refill my account activity days and add 60 days more to my playing time. Last night I try to input the code and the code was accepted by the account dashboard system, but when i look at the account expiry date in my account dashboard the system still says my account expires today.
Did i just loose 40 dollars or so that this 60 day game card costed me? or is there a possibility of this sorting itself out.
I already filed a ticket but I dont know if that is going to help on a weekend.
I just talked to Leah G on online chat support and she said the system was experiencing a webiste display issue, although the 60 days was applied to my account it still showed the old expiry date for my account which is today..
