And your most likely right because another possibly under-experienced and/or poorly designed fed asked for it.

What level are you fighting at? CRF seems at lot more powerful at the lower pvp levels than at the top levels.
Are you sure it was just CRF alone? Or could it have been CRF stacked with other combat buffs? That is the only trick of the escort/BoP - alpha burst attacks. Otherwise they are a fragile vessel and easily overcome.
Possibly your shields need to be upgraded or are just not sufficient enough for pvp combat.
What heals do you use? as they too may not be the wisest choices.
Whats your build look like.
A little more info than " I die alot and this is to blame" would be helpful.

Yes you do. Froma psychological viewpoint this is a classic passive-agressive posting intending to get the attention of the dev's and possibly to draw out individuals who will possibly ridicule or poke fun at you, in the attempt to allow you to offer rebuttal and reclaim some part of your assumed lost face OR possibly in the hopes of haveing numerous flaming responses from the same individuals whom have abused you so in pvp and hopefully get them banned or otherwise reprimanded for unseemly forum behavior.
Otherwise you would not have posted in the open forums for all to see and would have simply sent a report directly to the Dev's ingame.

At the ripe old age of Rank 10, he probably doesn't even know what C:SV is yet, much less what it used to do.

Thank you Developers,
for taking the time to read my concerns.

Honestly trying to be helpful here, since a lot of people don't seem to get it: the best shields don't make your shields good, the best bridge officer powers do. It's pretty easy to cap out shield resistance (though not at rank 10), and doing so will make it so your shields don't take appreciable damage from pretty much anything.

It doesn't matter how much health your shields (or hull) have, since good DPS players can collapse them in about the same amount of time anyway.

It doesn't matter how much you heal. Healing without resistances is like pumping air into a tire with a hole in it -- it's just gonna leak out again.

It does matter how much resistance you have, and shield resistance is more powerful than hull resistance. It's easy to mitigate 75% of the damage you take to shields, and that reduces damage enough that healing can actually help. If you take damage and then try to heal it you're crewed, but if you chain resistances you can have them up most of the time, so the damage you take is manageable.

Did you miss the part where your opinion doesn't matter? He obviously knows all of this stuff and doesn't need help. Clearly it's just the game that needs to be fixed. So all this talk about resistance is invalid and unwanted. Kindly take your "advice" and GTFO.
