# 1 Customer Sevice issue

Greetings,

I have a general complaint. First off, where is the customer service on star trek online site, or crytic site.

Reason why is that I sign up for the free month trial for this star online game. I had to use my credit card

number for the subscription, however, I only wanted to just play this game for a month Only.

I made an mistake in judging the time, and was charged for another month; just now. I canceled my payment

system, by deleting my card information, What I want to know is how can I get a refund, I ready need that

money back!!!! My game Account to the game is youbob12, please access it and email me.

It would be that tab called "Support" up at the top of the main STO website. By clicking that it takes you to Atari where you can "Get Help" with your issue.
