I just purchased 500 Cryptic Points making my balance 1240, the ship costs 1200, yet I still cannot buy it.
I have enough ship slots, I have enough CP, I am a VA but I the system says "unable to complete transaction at this time". Has anyone else had this problem? If so, was it resolved. I want this fixed. I spent my money with the intention of buying this ship, if this cannot resolved, I would like a refund from the points that I have just purchased. Please, I would like this resolved in an expedient manner. I am frustrated and unimpressed.
Its doing the same thing to me, I bought the nebula when it became available, and now my two other Rear Admirals can't claim it, wants me to buy with another 1200 points. I went to the ship vendor, I had just received my RA promotion, and the tab for the Nebula, has a cost of 0 next to the plaque icon, when I clicked on Buy, the confirmation box popped up asking me if I was sure I wanted to sell my Nebula Class. What in the world is going on, it says in the description that it is available to all Rear Admiral characters on account.
I went ahead and took a risk at ship vendor even though it asks if you want to sale your nebula, go ahead and click yes, it will give you the ship and then when you open the cstore it will show that the ship has been claimed, im equipping mine now.
The alt that purchased the ship from the c-store gets it in his ship inventory, assuming his inventory isn't full. If another alt wants to have the ship they need to go to the shipyard store to pick it up. You can't get it from the c-store per alt like you do the Excelsior. The shipyard store will have it waiting for any alt at no Mark cost to the captain.
Still nothing. I have three open slots still for ships, I am VA and have 1240 CP, yet still nothing. Apparently, this has been the longest case according to Jeff A (system support). I still receive the message "Unable to complete transaction: that item cannot be currently purchased". I am thoroughly unimpressed, if they cannot resolve this issue I want my money back for the CP that I purchased. Moreover, they have yet to properly respond to my ticket. This is making me frustrated, it feels as if they are ignoring my problem leaving it unresolved.
