Some characters were stuck in a loading screen with a "Server Not Responding" message
at the minute every time i go to a loading screen i get server not responding and then get logged out i have tried this with my firewall on and off does any one have any ideas what this could be i had no problem playing last night it has started this morning
For good connections, column 1 and 3 have values around 500 kb/sec (outgoing/incoming), column 2 has values around 20 kb/sec (transfer rate). If the values in these columns is less than what is expected you may have filtering or blocked ports either on your personal network or from your ISP.

details about your network set up
Are you using a wire or wireless connection, what modem/router are you using and Nic card and version of network drivers.
Are you on a home netowrk of more than one pc, are you part of another network like a university.
