***Resolved Issues***
  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error
  • Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
  • Slow patching in the launcher
  • A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
  • Some characters were stuck in a loading screen with a "Server Not Responding" message

So I have a dumb question, I'm not stuck at Rear Admiral, Upper Half 6. How do I get to the rank of Vice Admiral? I did a PvP today and got no Skill points added. The little bars at the top are empty, What am I missing? Can someone enlighten me please? Thanks.....

Yeah. That's all there is to it. Spend all your Skill points and you'll get promoted, just as you did at lower levels.

I have spent my skill points. Theres no tap telling me to skill up.

Just hit your U key, bring up your Captain, and click on the skills section. You probably have 100 pts sitting around unused somewhere. You have to spend all your pts to get the level-up.

Might not get a prompt, but i'd hazzard you've got some unallocated skill points that need to be used...

ok so, I have 200 that I need to spend. However non of the little blue Arrows are highlighted on anything for me to use. I just haven't played the game for a while so I forget what I need to do.

To spend the 200 pts you need to buy 2 T1 skills (Lieutenant) or 1 T2 skill (Lt. Commander).
