I know that this is slightly off-topic, but I, too am always slightly curious as to whether my contest entries were submitted or not, and I would love it if there could be some kind of confirmation or something similar contests or perhaps having a submission form on the website instead of through e-mail, where there are so many things that could go wrong while sending. It's not a huge deal, but perhaps something to consider for future contests.
