Although this is true it is at least a bit better then a 300 word run on sentence.
Honestly Im really tired of this argument that I always hear some federation player complaining about at ESD nearly every time I go there.
The reason why the Klingon's may seem overpowered, or unfair to you is because they coordinate better on average then most random federation PvP groups ive been in.
That really is it too, cloaks aren't hard to counter with the right setups/groups of ships and cannons on cruisers aren't really a huge deal. Its all about coordination and tactics, I have randomly joined so many Klingon squads with people that I have never met before that can properly coordinate an attack on a set group of targets quickly and efficiently.
In contrast to this in nearly every random federation group that I join there is either 1 or 2 people who keep their chat turned off and refuse to team, flying off into the distance, get poped, and ultimately bring the team down because of it.
Bringing a carrier into the Feds side wont make it more fair, it will just lead to cmplaining that the fed carrier isant as strong as the klingon carrier because of "this one time it was TTTHHHHIIIIIIISSSSSS many fighters!" or "that guy was totally cheating! There is NO WAY he could beat my build!" Giving federating players a carrier would not make the game more fair or balanced, it would just lead to another whine fest.
