Note the cuffs and collars for officers.

I don't care if I have to pay for that as a separate unlock but I do want it.

The Enterprise C's crew wore Maroon Monster uniforms, with no turtleneck underneath, and no belt. They did however wear Movie-style Insignia pins, but they used them as Communicators (tap to talk). It was the hologram of Jack Crusher in the TNG episode "Family" who wore the Monster Maroon, again without a turtleneck or belt, with a TNG commbadge, suggesting that at some point following the era of the Enterprise C crew, the badges switched before the uniforms did. (this was however, a simple costuming mistake).

Late Maroon-Monster era uniform modifications as shown in TNG

BTW, Janeway's dad wore a hybrid of TNG S1 and WoK jackets.

From what I gather, there was always a desire to have an original uniform as a bridge between WoK and TNG but they never had the budget to do one until that episode of Voyager with Janeway's dad.

Note the low collar, right breast flap, belt, and it has WoK piping on the back. (Sadly, the error here is that they used the Voyager combadge, which they wound up doing for more than one pre-Voyager character who showed up on Voyager.)

I note this because I bet even CBS would support that hybrid uniform being used retroactively for Jack Crusher or young Picard or folks from the lost era, since the only reason it didn't appear sooner was budgetary.
