I can't seem to find a contact for the new episode.There is nothing in the contacts list about it and no one contacts me in the appropriate area.

When you enter the Eta something sector block, there should be a tabe on the bottom right hand corner of your screen saying "Franklin Drake". Click that and he will give you the mission.

Also, i'm not sure... but it may be a pre-requsiste to finish the Breen story arc first as well.

Is your character at lvl 10 or above? That is a known pre-requiste for it.

Are you on Tribble?

Actually, I think it's level 6 for this series. It was level 10 for the Deferi series.

You can be lvl 6 for the epi, you don't need the defari arc (i did this one with a new lt toon that hasnt been to the defara system at all). It is odd that you haven't gotten the tab for franklin drake...are you sure your in eta eridani (aka the neutral zone)? Seems like a silly question I know, but one to be asked lol.
