I've noticed that myself. As a pilot, I'm used to thinking in zulu time, and when I saw the times posted I was like... "What the heck, is my math off?".
To be fair though, the times they posted would have been right a couple weeks ago, before the silly daylight savings time change. I really wish we would stop doing that. As much as I like "gaining" an hour in the fall, I hate "losing" one in the spring.
As usual, when I've got free time, the server stays down a lot longer than announced. It's no surprise to me anymore. 50 minutes over the time, and no special announcement what is going on.

So by my clock only ~10 minutes over the time. And really I'd rather them take an hour longer then expected to fix something then release it and it bork over 1-3 hours of people's playtime by having servers crash and the world catch on fire.
Edit: I am able to log in now. 10 minutes late of the adjusted time. Not bad.
