USS Victory is a Galaxy X. lol...

Jupiter Class fits for that ship. Typhoon class fits for the typhoon class. I can't wait to own both of them in my collection =]

I think the Nacelles and pylons are terrible. Fix them, and the "saucer" might actually work.

It mght be beatiful, but it wouldn't look as stupid. It's kinda a whale. But whale flukes are horizontal. Make the pylons horizonal and give the ship some decent looking nacelles.

Honestly, the Galaxy-X should have been the 'pathfinder' design, so to speak. The bugs are assuredly not worked out yet, but I see something similar, but better, being cooked up after the first time one of 'em one-shots a carrier with that wave motion phaser.

Concept needs a lot of work.... but, it just feels... right.

Tell you what i will agree to a fed carrier once the klingons have exact duplicate BO layouts of all the fed ships.. Oh & lets not forget the ships have to have matching hull / shields.

Oh & b4 you go crying klings can mount cannons on there ships .. seriously really wanna go there
I can count on one hand the amount of negs i seen with cannons mounted.
Why cause the turnrate is so slow there was no point after the first strike.

Introducing another carrier in the game is going to definitely create more PvP game time lag as pets/NPC numbers will get much higher. I already experience game client lag when there are 4 carriers or more in the vicinity spamming pets.

What we need is a counter ship to the carrier. No fed ship currently fulfills all 3 rolls of support, dps and tank as well as the carrier does. Also the BOPs with their universal BO slots have a clear advantage over our escorts. So i suggest the following:

BattleCruiser for the feds: (no pets )
Something that can also excel at support/dps/and tank.
BO layout can go as such:

Commander engineering
Lt commander eng
commander tact
Lt commander sci
Ensign sci

Turn rate maybe + .5 or +1 more than carrier

hull fully specd 55000
Shields starting at 150 percent base just like the carrier
Special ability: AOE heal multiple targets (4 min cool down)

Multirole Fleet Escort (retrofit)
Copy and paste of the hegh'tah bop minus the battle cloak.
maybe 2-3k hull more than the hegh'tah BOP since no cloak
Everything else is the same (BO layout, turn rate, etc)
