Thanks SO MUCH for all your support, and we'll see you in-game!
Dredfully sad that the Vulcan and Andorian ships dont seem to be End Game, I think the Andorian ship could be nice for Tactical Admirals who have seen very little in the way of new ships. Im a Science Captain and fly the science ships, but i feel for the Tactiacals...
So PVP gets nothing except "minor bug fixes" and possibly a "nuked" PVP zone (one of only 3 total PVP modes in the game at the moment) for, what, a year? Glad to know where the PVP community stands.
I thought their original ETA was Season4/April next year.
Basically, I'm all tapped out on the content for both factions.
In season 3, I'll work on my Hirogen ground accolade (for my Fed only, because KDF has nothing to replay!), replay Night of the Comet twice and that will be about it.
Then I'll go back to not playing again, except for the weekly missions.
I understand the concerns with minimal content for KDF.
On one hand, it will get more players to create KDF faction if they actually have missions to do.
But on the other hand, for players like me, who maxed their KDF the old way, to quote the Borg "irrevalent".
I might do the lower missions for fun, but it adds nothing to a maxed KDF Captain.
Which is why a new faction is more important then revamping an old one.

Because PvP is endless content for everyone who plays and enjoys it. Just think about it you put in the work for a few open pvp map and you get content that last forever. A smart company would implement that as soon a possibly. I do not think that a minigame Q system will hold whats left of the pvp community if they NUKE kerrat.
So some people hate it spawn campers, bug probes in the nodes whatever fix it do not take the easy road and NUKE it.
1. Make a optional PvE daily so anyone that does not want to play against real people can do that.
2. Either make kerrat a open pvp system or fix the nodes and radomize the spawn points.
Tell you what you fix the map and put the fixed map on the C-store
It will be the first and last thing I buy on that %@#!&$@^ thing.

I, too, fly Science ships (on both my Science main and Tactical alt), and I was also hoping that at least the Andorian ship would have been a T5 Escort. I probably wouldn't have gotten it either way, but I agree that the Escort pilots are kind of short in the T5 department. (Then again, I already have my T5 Intrepid, so I'm happy. )
Why can't you just open that up to EVERYONE? Make an improvement to the CURRENT costume/character creator before you go adding NEW tech to make a different one that we can't use for our characters like we all WANT to? I mean seriously! When Cryptic worked on CoH, the character creator was top notch for customization. Then in CO, again, an impressive character creation system.
Why put the handcuffs on us in THIS game then? Open the flood gates, let us actually CREATE something to be proud of with this game!
Then Cryptic couldn't make more money off of us....simple as that
And to be honest...I'm almost glad that Romulans won't be playable till Season 5 because...well...Klingons aren't even finished yet.... it would be flat out stupid to keep the Klingon faction unfinished.
Q: anazonda: With the upcoming Enterprise-F contest, there is concern that it will be US only. Can you answer if this is the case or not?
A: I'm not a lawyer, but it sounded as though international tax laws prevent us from running a contest internationally if there are prizes with any sort of monetary value. Kind of a big bummer if you ask me. If only the whole world used Energy Credits!
Instead of Energy Credits, what about C Store Credits? The whole world can use those, and the monetary value is specifically determined by the issuer. I mean, theoretically, they could just say "C Store Credits have no monetary value" in the TOS. It works for raffles and coupons in the real world, could it work here too, so our international friends could join in on the goodness?
Seriously, it's a potential universal currency, accessible by all. And besides, we need some ways to earn them ingame anyway.
