When I was mucking around in Foundry, I was able to create characters that had the Motion Picture, AGT, and Counselor uniforms.

The uniforms look great!

That being said, if they are done and look great...where are they? When are they being made available to use in-game?

It was said a long time ago that pc costumes have much more requirements then npc costumes, since pcs have much more animations. Npcs don't do all the weird stuff pcs do and so their clothes don't have to be so well designed.

I think what it comes down to is, the bean counters have given them two C-Store windows a month, with sales goals.

If they release everything they have to the C-Store as soon as it's ready NOW then they still have to find a way to release more to the C-Store later in the month and in early January, which will force them to pull people off vital fixes to make more C-Store content.
