It'd be hard to "synchronize" the singing for multiple people - but now I think there absolutely needs to be a bunch of Klingon NPCs somewhere who sing with proper voiceovers. The game needs more sound anyways, especially on Qo'noS. Starfleet has their beeping and whirring and whistling computers ... the KDF should have shouting and laughing and the sound of heavy mugs smashed against each other.

In the bar in Qo'nos would be a perfect place to have a bunch of klingon Bekks off duty singing and smashing tin measuring cups, err I mean drinking tankards around. The song is part of the culutre and has appeared at least once in DS9 as well. So maybe they could get some sounds bits from CBS to use for this as well huh?
Better yet (and Roach i know you'll like this idea) when you go to de-cloak the enemy ship in PvP hears a blood curdling song of death from yer klingon crew ever so clearly through their speakers. Imagine what that would do to the person you have targetted in PvP....your flying along and then all of a sudden before your alpha strike.....Klingon Death song heard on the bridge of your enemies.........
their BO's would drop one in their tighty whiteys.....and it would be a good death....
