When the devs decide they're ready. There are currently some graphics/model issues, and much discussion about tweaking the stats.

The tractor beam is super bugged right now. I would say this is the biggest reason why it was pulled from season 3 launch, The graphical issues could be dealt with during a hot fix but the tractor beam is a "I win" button.

In case anyone hasn't tested the tractor beam, it awards +9 per second to all systems when in use. The devs only want it to grant a flat +9 (at least i assume so)

I'm still wondering why the AEGIS kit got pulled. Is it powerful? (read might need a fix?) Yes. But heck, it deserves that power, and it's a thousand times cooler looking than the borg kit.

True, but I'm guessing cryptic pulled the aegis due to being untested and the borg set not being ready

I went and took a look at the sets on Tribble tonight. Aegis is very Tron-like, but I like Aegis' look more than the Borg set. I expect it to be nerfed before it goes live, though. On my fleet escort, the ECM Array put my defense at 104%, which is great for survivability, but I suspect it's a bit much in terms of balance.

I've heard reports of 115% with the Assimilated set. I have no worries as it they all will be better balanced before released to Holodeck. Though for the trouble to get a whole set it may be alright as is.

Might be an idea for the sets to have middling stats but offer most of their usefulness in set bonus powers?
