The following buildings (and I suspect the entire series of Fed. Mil. Buried) are:

• labeled as being buried underneath snow
• mini-preview shows snow

However, when I placed the following on a map and hit "Play Map":

• Fed. Mil. Buried - Large 02
• Fed. Mil. Buried - Medium 01

They're not buried underneath snow - they just have a weird metallic texture instead.
