Sooooo then the issue really isnt the klings being OP...its disorganised feds....which I have encountered often on the Fed side.

Then when I go to heal...no one heals me back.....hmmmm......maybe this is the real root of the problem.

Too many Kamakazi Fed players.......

Given how slow in use and in speed a Tricobalt torpedo is, why would you put one on a carrier?

Heh, if I recall correctly, the Klingons that made that quote were also flying a "decommissioned" BoP that was several decades older than the Galaxy class.

No one side is over powered. The problem is two fold. Feds are somewhat disorganized in PVP unless someone forms a team and gives direction. Secondly DON'T COME INTO PVP WITH THE SAME BUILD YOU USE TO FIGHT NPC SHIPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
YOU WILL GO BOOM IN SECONDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
you need to make a build that is balanced on heals for shields and hull. Proper power settings and knowing your role. know your counters and you will be just fine. ASK FOR HELP!!!
hope this gives you all some comfort. There are so many builds you can use and more are coming everyday. look for them. I am a Klingon and all 3 class of officer I know how you feel but there is so much you can do to level the playing field. The devs are not going to nerf the Klingon's at all so complaining isn't going to do anything other then give you a headache. Take it into your won hands and fix your problem.
I just found 7 builds for the Nebula I made a build for the fleet escort that does crazy damage amounts.
In my fleet several escort builds were given out to try and they are awesome. I didn't complain I asked for help.
DO the same and you will be just fine. A good build doesn't not equal an I win button so if thats what you see
let me know when you find it.

Hey guys,

I saw Voyager tank Cubes in a few episodes without breaking much of a sweat. In DS9, Vor'Chas got taken out by flimsy little Jem'Hadar Bug ships. Therefore, Intrepid > Vor'Cha. BoPs got nommed up by a few strikes of the Enterprise-D's Phasers and some even got one shotted by DS9s weapons array! Why can't my Galaxy do that?!

I've had Vor'chas wipe the floor with my Intrepid-R and my Galaxy (even with Beam Overload) isn't cutting through Klingons like butter! Klingons are SO OP! WTF!

Don't even get me STARTED on that B'Rel. It was taken out by an old Constitution Refit and the original Excelsior! How dare the Devs give B'Rel Refit pilots the ability to take out my state-of-the-art 25th Century Sovereign! I mean, yeah, I can see it with it's shields down for a few seconds when it fires and for the entire duration of a heal, but you actually expect me to think and plan my attacks according? That's not how a first rate Federation warship should have to work!

Nerf them. Nerf them all. Into OBLIVION.

Of course, that's yet another trade off that these ships all have to make. Do you put more points into making your ship more sturdy? Do you want to have stronger bridge officer skills? Better defense or offense?
Full points on all BoP skills or just the vessel type one uses? Such as Bird of Prey and say the Hegh skill, of which I have 9's and 0's in the other BoP skills.
Just asking so I can reverify my skills later and how I spent them.
