Hi there,

I am posting on a new account, my real star trek online account doesn't work anymore, which is my problem. I forgot my password and clicked on the reset password link, but the email I get doesn't show my real password and username. Instead of my username it just says !username, and instead of my password it says !password. I need to cancel my account because I can't afford STO anymore, but without getting into my account I can't change it. It's really troubling me. I also can't ask the STO team for help because I need to log into the side for making a ticket and that's not possible without password.

Can you help? Do you maybe have a contact email address from the STO team?

Sorry to hear that you're unable to reset your password. You can try submitting an account ticket with the account you are using now at http://www.atari.com/support/startrekonline. Our support team would be happy to assist you with any account issues you may have.

I've been trying to get to "support" for an hour now myself and it won't come up. Its acting like its disconnected from the internet. Can someone get support up? I can't even log into the game right now as well!!
