One thing we never thought about, and didn't discussed until happened to us is a difference between player member and character member.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHARACTER MEMBERSHIP, BUT ONLY PLAYERS.
Mean, if you have several characters and one of them is in any other Fleet, do not apply for a membership in this group.
Nobody can be productive member in more than one Fleet, so membership in several Fleets mean you do not respect a group you are trying to apply to, nor a group you belong to.
From our recruits we expect to write a little about their main STO character, presenting it in a manner showed HERE in THIS forum, creating a thread with character or account name made on the FORUM. To be accepted you'll have to be active on Forum and in game for us to see/can play and chat with you!
