Just looking through the calendar, I noticed there hasn't been any Klingon items added since December (if I have that right). In the meantime, the Federation has had a few ships, a new ship interior, costumes, etc. released in that same time period.
Has there been any discussion of adding any new Klingon items to the C-store any time soon?
I'd prefer to get new options free, but new costumes and ships seem to be the province of the C-store as of late.
I'd like to see ships that have a transferable console like the Prometheus or Oberth.
sounds about right, we klingons are secondary to the feds, just the way it is. i dont think any new C store items are on the way, probably no new stuff till season 4.
I think many diehard KDF players would start a revolt if Cryptic started to put new klingon stuff in the c-store.
On the other hand that may be the only way really new stuff might show up.
Klingons and the C-Store is a double-edged Bat'leth IMO.
On the one hand it can be used to expand upon the KDF in term of costumes and bridges for example.
On the other hand when there are less costumes and bridges to begin with, it can also be seen as a way
to make people pay to get up to a similar level of options the other faction gets for free.
The Tor'kath is the only way to change the hull features of the Vor'cha.
Also for example I had to buy the Raptor bridge pack to get a brigde that has lighting that remotely resembles the one we saw on the Birds of Prey in DS9 instead of reminding me of a darkroom.
On the other end of the spectrum, there is usually more than one colour and lighting variation for every bridge on the Federation side.
And as I recall the only ships that lack hull costumizations are a handful of C-Store ships.
That is correct Dee....I must confess, I do want to see some character cosmetic upgrades, costumes, and ship costumes added to the C-Store, but who knows if we shall ever see it. I asked in the ask Cryptic thread, I doubt thought they shall answer me....Perhaps if we had more influential people ask them instead?...
The KDF has received nothing in 2011. Supposedly we're getting some missions and some Gorn tweaks as part of Season 4.
After that I expect the Empire to go back on ignore status, punctuated with occasional cries of, "But we only have a small team!", while they continue to crank out more Federation exclusive uniforms, ships and hairstyles.

Frankly through I'm fine with character costumes and ships turning up on the C-store, most ships will end up with a grind method to get them in-game anyway. Ship skins on the other hand I'd much rather some free options before they start throwing them in the C-store, course that didn't stop me bying the vor'cha skin now did it...

Yes months after the federation got Craftable Delta flyer. Another huge imbalance. The federation has
Type 8 Shuttle
Delta Flyer
Vulcan Aux Ship
TOS Shuttle
Runabout
Captain Yachet.
Klingon got grand total of 2. One a 400 day vet reward. So a 3 for every one we get. And of course federation also getting a fighter. So it not like that even anything up. It seems to be that the klingon side is an after thought. Has been and I do not see it changing. I wager when season 4 is release we see that klingon got ever little new stuff. It mainly be thing that where desgin for starfleet with klingon reskin. Or redesign fed missions for klingon. But nothing new and no real grounds toward making them equal factions.
When you got 1/3 of everything or more accross the board and all you see is more federation stuff. It sends a very clear message.
The only question is will other faction get this type treatment or will be reserver for klingons.
We need some customization options for the KDF side for the ground toons and for the ships. I could live with no really rad new ships (as the ones we have work pretty darn well as it is) provided we get some things that help us show our proper ranks, and give us customization options for the uniforms we want to wear (things from the movies and tv shows), as well as some different hairstyles that we have seen on the movies and tv shows.....Is it hard to ask to have a few uniform and toon customizations in comparison to all of the fed ships, uniforms, interiors, and value bundle packs?
I will gladly pay extra to see these in-game...I dunno about some other KDF players, but that is my opinion....
