I get the idea... trying to make a long dress that actually has some swish to it.

Unfortunately, it simply fails. The edge of the cloth isn't bound anywhere near the belt it's supposed to be hanging from and the way the cloth-simulation lays out in the still position is... awkward. The way the normals end up it looks like it's getting sucked back into the body where it's supposed to be.

I know cloth sim is hard, but really, selling this at a premium? Fix it or make a static mesh that at least looks like it hangs right.
