Ok first off cryptic, good job on making this ship it is really neat.. first time I have felt you put alot of effort in a ship in quite some time.
Everything is a balance in this game so to get a very powerful attack with the ship you end up sacrificing stats or slots and thats understandable, the problem is the javalin is nothing special.. the damage is equivent to a BO3... except it requires to shift in and out of siege mode that stops your firing, has a long CD, you need to charge it, and has a long charge time for it to fire within a small arc. That being said this thing is interesting but has some major issues that need to be addressed to make this a viable ship.
Now the charged javalin attack is neat in theory but has alot of work that needs to be done, here are some optional solutions:
-Make this able to be increased drastically in damage by Beam overload 3. < this alone would make this ship worth it
-Give the javalin attack a stun affect
-Simply increase the damage so its worth using instead of a BO3.
-Drastically reduce the siege mode trasnformation time.
-Make it so you are firing while still shifting in and out of siege mode..
Look, as it stands this ship is nothing special... basically has a 15 weapon power drain, a BO3 that takes WAY to much effort to use. All im asking is that you make it worth using... Look at it this way... the dreadnought on the fed side has the same thing without all the handicaps.. given the guramba has a neat grafic you dont win matched on looks...
Make this thing worth the 25 bucks your charging for it please...
Note to devs. Perhaps making it obvious that it uses a Disruptor (lance) and that the lance is based off of certain abilties before someone who uses only cannon and non Disruptor type weapons would have been a batter way to sell this beast. Not real keen on guessing whether the beast is a BoP or a raptor in assigning skills to it either HINT HINT
