I was wondering because I love the Vulcans enough that I want to be one but anyway when do the Vulcan ships come out and how do we acquire them?

All we know so far is that the D'Kyr will come out in Jan. We don't know what Tier or Class it is, though. Unless it's a T3/T5 combo the only way to get it will be the C-Store (some T5s can be gotten with Emblems/Marks).
