it's very hard to prove the next guy you hire is better than the one you already have. also takes months to find and train someone new (even someone with experience in the general area). so we''ll have to do with the people they have now.
but who knows, if you recruited another 1000 people they might have budget for some else.
I'm thinking this is kharma for having maintainence in Australians' prime play time.

Actually, I do strongly agree...
Funny how us Aussies get charged all the same but treated as second class members, with maintenance cycles in the prime gaming time...
Over the last two weeks, which just so happens has been the length of my subscription to STO so far we have had 5 maintenance cycles, all taking place at 19.00 till 21.00 (7pm to 9pm) time slot...
I do think that Copernicus was wrong and that the world is flat and at its center is the... (I am sure you can guess the rest).
