Today had some good matches and one that was called before it finished. However, I have to start off with an apology to Frans. I was Alt-Tabing out during the first match due to chatting so it cost our team a few kills. Sorry man! Still and yet again, a simple reminer. The TFBB events are meant to be fun and not taken seriously. Soketimes you win, sometimes you lose, and some day you can't seem to buy a win. I've been around for them all and have my fair share of each. That has never stopped from coming back for more and having fun doing so. My apologies to Pi as well, as things getting a bit late of a start meant he had to head off to bed. Hopefully everyone, including myself, will be more prepared for tomorrow. That said, here are todays match results.

Today was more about testing the half finished new skill tree. I know I definitely have some things to learn but really couldn't care less until it's actually finished. For ground, I will say, I <3 my sniper rifle! In space, there definitely was a couple of things I learned today. Dawson's Intrepid puts up a very good fight for starters! He had my shields down a lot of the time but the same old Gravity Well 3, tractor beams, and Target Engines wasn't to difficult to deal with once you expected the same combo. Anyway, here are a couple of screens of some of us standing around.

That was a crap decision. The batleth does *nothing* in pvp now. Every time I tried to swing, I'd stop and go through this swing animation. JC would take a single step back and be out of range. After dying twice and dealing no damage, I went back to my gun. So then Dawson and I decided to take him on one at a time. Dawson killed JC, I healed Dawson back to full, then JC came in for revenge!! ... Dawson stood motionless while JC pummeled him into the ground. Apparently lag is quite an issue. Also: I lost the ability to sidestep to the right for some reason and JC couldn't shoot for a while. Ugh.  I'm not liking ground pvp with this new build. |

Great, now the game kicks me back to Drozona when I hit respawn. 
..though what fighting we did confirmed I need to look at my ship builds due to S5.
