***Resolved Issues***
  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error

Benzite NPCs aren't the problem, they have been around for a long time (most of my security escorts are benzites).
The OP is talking about Benzites as Bridge Officer.

Also Caitian NPCs are around for a while, the Security Teams on Starbase 1 on Holodeck consist at least to 1/3 of caitians, furthermore catians are nearly in every mirror universe away team (mostly as medics).

Well, then that would be a big, hearty "I don't know". That's inside baseball I have knowledge of. Cryptic will turn them into BOffs when they get around to it I guess.
