Not a QQ, just a heads up. I did the daily w/one of my older characters and forgot to check my inventory (which was full) and as a result I couldn't claim an item and after dropping an item in my inventory the item I was to get disappeared. So, make sure you have room in your inventory for at least 3 items ...

The Q Daily seems to be bugged....Ist time mine also disappeared ( and my inventory was not full )..second time i was supposed to get Covariant Shield MK XI (Capx2)...but i recieved Field Rations

Also, maybe you could set the timer to reset at midnight server time instead of the next day based on when the quest was completed? Would be less of a hassle if you can't log in the same time every day.

Yestarday it wouldnt let me pick up any items even while my inventory was almost empty. Its rediculous

I've also had both of these bugs. The loot popup says I've been given green, blue and purple gear yet when I take it I got food and tribbles. Also I've had trouble looting even when my inventory is almost empty,

Bugs? You sure its not Q just messing with you? :p

These are no bugs.

The loot you see in the tribble pile or fountain is common to everyone else that is also looting. So whoever takes it 1st gets what was listed.
3 Things can happen:
1) You see the loot and get them
2)You see the loot and cant get them. This was because someone already took, so they are not there anymore, what you are seeing is just a "shadow"
3)You get the loot but you receive another completely different. That happens when 2 people tried to get the loot at almost the same time and you were the slower of the 2.

4) You don't receive any loot at all. Not even a common tribble.
